Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\nA deposit equal to the first night's payment is required at time of reservation and a credit card is required to hold remaining nights reserved. If you cancel at least 3 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less a $20 administration fee. If we are not notified of your cancellation within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged for the remaining nights of your reservation. Changes to your reservation must be done 72 hours prior to arrival. A guest not showing up for a reservation or leaving early will be obligated to pay for their entire reservation. COVID will not be a valid excuse to cancel last minute.  <\/p>\n

Bath House and Laundromat <\/strong>
\n Our 2 bath houses are clean and well-lit, with makeup areas for the ladies. The Laundromat makes a weary job pleasant, with clean washers and dryers, a folding area and ironing board. Our laundromat and 2 bath houses are closed in the winter. They will be closed around December to the beginning of March, please call for specific dates if you think this may affect your stay. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n\u2022 Tents are not permitted on the grassy areas
\n\u2022 There are additional fees for multiple sleeping units at a site
\n\u2022 XL site prices include all guests not multiple sleeping units
\n\u2022 Campfires are only permitted in the fire rings and should never be left unattended
\n\u2022 The speed limit on property is 10 MPH. Please watch for children playing.
\n\u2022 Fireworks are prohibited
