           Our Rental Campers all have a 2 night minimum                   stay. 

           ALL CAMPER RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING
          There will be a $300 fee added for violating the
          smoking policy.
 
          Camper Rentals have a NO pet policy.
          There is a $200 fee for violating the pet policy.

Camper Rental Cancellation Policy

A cancellation must be made 4 weeks before your arrival to receive a full deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is made within 2-4 weeks of your reservation you will forfeit your entire deposit. Any cancellation made within 2 weeks of your reservation will be obligated to pay for the entire reservation. A cabin/rental camper deposit moved to a campsite will only be applied if it is 4 weeks or more before the cabin/rental camper reservation.

A guest not showing up for a reservation or leaving early will be obligated to pay for their entire reservation. COVID will not be considered a valid excuse to cancel last minute. 

 

 

Rental Amenities
• 2 Bath Houses Our bath houses are clean and well-lit, with makeup areas for the ladies.
• Laundromat  that makes a weary job pleasant, with clean washers and dryers, a folding area and ironing board.
(Our laundromat and 2 bath houses are closed in the winter. They will close around mid December to the beginning of March, please call for specific dates if you believe this may affect your stay. )


What is in the camper?

Although camping is a great getaway, we all have things we need to make our trip more comfortable. We have equipped the campers with everything you should need to feel at home:

• Campers are equipped with kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens
• Soap for all of your needs (dish soap, hand soap, bar soap)
• Toilet paper and paper towels
• Kitchenware and grilling utensils
• DVD player
• Campsite Grill

Our general store carries most other items you might need, such as marshmallow roasters, lighter fluid, snacks, etc.

 

Friendly Reminders Regarding Camper Rentals

• Tents are not permitted on the grassy areas
• There are additional fees for multiple sleeping units at a site
• Campfires are only permitted in the fire rings and should never be left unattended
• The speed limit on property is 10 MPH. Please watch for children playing.
• Fireworks are prohibited
• Washing of vehicles/RV’s/campers is not permitted on property
