$10.00 for each additional person, per night. - No charge for kids 3 and under.

The laundromat and both bath houses will be closed in the off season (this year is Dec. 12^th-March 4^th) There won’t be any restrooms or laundry facilities open during this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation must be made 4 weeks before your arrival to receive a full deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is made within 2-4 weeks of your reservation you will forfeit your entire deposit. Any cancellation made within 2 weeks of your reservation will be obligated to pay for the entire reservation. A cabin deposit moved to a campsite will only be applied if it is 4 weeks or more before the cabin reservation.

A guest not showing up for a reservation or leaving early will be obligated to pay for their entire reservation. COVID will not be a valid excuse to cancel last minute.
An account credit or a reschedule may only be offered if reservation is cancelled outside of the cancellation windows

Quiet dogs are allowed in our cabins. There is an added fee of $10.00 per day per dog, with a limit of 2 per cabin.

• All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the cabin
•Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs
•Bags for dog waste are available free of charge at the general store and dog park
•ONLY dogs. No cats or other animals.

Pool Rules
• Hours 10AM- 8PM
• No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
• Swim diapers are the only diapers permitted for use while in our pools
• No pets in the pool area

Trash
Campground- Dumpsters are located at the upper bathhouse and next to the parking lot by the docks.
Cabins- Please place properly bagged garbage on the edge of the street between the hours of 8AM and 10 AM. The trash will be picked up by our staff and taken to the dumpster.

Friendly Reminders
• Our cabins are non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to this policy, a $300 fee will be added to your stay.
• Only dogs are allowed. No cats or other animals are allowed in cabins. If you fail to adhere to this policy, a $400 fee will be added to your stay.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground
• Dirt bikes, UTVs, and ATVs are prohibited
• Please refrain from parking on grassy areas or in vacant sites. Boat trailers, car dollies, cargo trailers, etc (unless remaining coupled to an RV) must be parked in the parking lot beside the store.
• The speed limit on property is 10 MPH. Please watch for children playing.
• Fireworks are prohibited
• We offer coin operated washers in the lower bathhouse, please refrain from washing pet bedding in these washers
